Growing up, Posani’ s family struggled a lot financially and his father was not educated and so he wanted him to study well and be educated, so that he can lead a better life. So, his father joined him in a school in Guntur district and went on to do his BCom. He completed his graduation in Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur with an MA degree. In Nagarjuna University, he was elected as the general secretory for the student body. After completing his master’s degree, he started to work in a small chit fund company in Hyderabad.
