If you are new to the insurance field and want to start your career as an Insurance Agent then you can join the star health partner program,  there are eligibility criteria that you should match.

Should have a minimum education qualification of SSC (+2/ Intermediate)

If you are new to insurance then you need to take training for around 50hours and then you need to appear for the IC-38 exam by IRDA, once you qualify you will get a license that Is valid for 3 years.

What is the IC-38 examination conducted by IRDAI?

You cannot directly appear for the exam as there are 75 hours of training before attending the exam for New agents.

The examination fee is 500 

There are 50 questions out of which you need to get 18 correct to qualify.
