PhonePe is India’s foremost digital payments platform, boasting a vast user base of over 400 million registered individuals. The role of a CX Quality Specialist is pivotal in transforming PhonePe’s Customer Experience and Operations by providing education, empowerment, and coaching to support representatives, whether they are in-house or part of our vendor partners. The primary objective of this role is to achieve best-in-class quality in Customer Experience at scale.

Responsibilities include:

Interpreting and implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Management programs

Evaluating the adequacy of the existing Quality audit framework and recommending continuous improvement techniques to maintain the best-in-class Quality Management process

Conducting Quality audits and establishing procedures and guidelines for recording and reporting audit data

Possessing extensive knowledge of coaching and mentorship skills, which can be imparted to the customer support teams, both in-house and with vendor partners

Ensuring smooth change management and knowledge transfer across all Customer Support teams

Identifying themes and insights derived from completed audits that can translate into actionable process improvement measures

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer effectiveness and operational efficiency

Working closely with the Training, Content Strategy, and Process Design teams to identify knowledge and skill development needs
