Reach out to customers first for customer loyalty and increased retention.
Follow communication scripts when dealing with different topics.
Seize opportunities to sell more products as they ariseIdentify customer needs, clarify information, investigate each issue and offer solutions and/or alternatives.
Achieve qualitative and quantitative personal/team goals.
Become an expert (gastronaut) in meat and in Licious’ processes and skills.
